I tried to set up my PSTV so that I could use remote play from my PS4 but it seems to be using the internet to do so, not the local network. I've had this happen when using my network for other things like netflix/hulu despite having a gigabit LAN and far from that usage through internet loading.

However, when I'm at home and using remote play on my PC on the same network, it still connects via internet. Remote play first searches nearby, then searches the internet, then connects.
